Reservation & Cancellation Policy

In an effort to reduce tee time reservations that are cancelled without notice and thus ensure that we make every tee time possible available to our guests, Oki Golf is adopting a policy making it mandatory for all tee time reservations to be secured with a credit card.

 

We are now requiring that all guests alert us in the case they need to cancel a tee time or reduce the number of players in a group. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible, but guests must communicate any modifications to the golf shop no later than 6pm the day prior to the tee time to avoid any cancellation fees. If the tee time is not cancelled and your group fails to show for the scheduled tee time, the booking credit card will be charged a fee of

-$25 for The Golf Club at Newcastle
-$15 for Washington National
-$5 for rest of Courses

per person on the reservation.

 

We understand that this represents a policy change, but we have many groups reserving tee times and unfairly failing to show. Thus we have adopted this policy which we anticipate will:

 

  • Open up previously unavailable tee times 
  • Provide openings for individuals looking to make last minute reservations at peak times 
  • Make it easier for our team members to find open tee times at our various courses on short notice so you can find a tee time with one phone call

 

Once we have a credit card logged in our EZLinks reservation system, it will not be necessary for us to take your credit card each time you reserve a tee time by phone, but we will alert you to the cancellation policy. Consistent with current practices, you will still need to enter a credit card each time you make an online tee time. If you have any questions regarding this new policy, please ask at the golf shop and our team members will answer your question or direct you to someone who can.
